zephyr4 Hi Keith! You recently purchased a pair of shoes from my closet. I needed to contact you to tell you that after you ordered them, I immediately packaged them but the mail man had already been by so I took them to a UPS store that assured me they had mail pick up. This was on Thursday and the item still hasn’t started tracking. I have contacted the store and they told me they don’t have the item and don’t know what happened...and I’m so sorry

zephyr4 I hope they do get to you it at this point I think I should cancel the order and assume they have been lost at sea. I really do apologize! This has never happened to me before.
