Hi Keith, You just made an offer on my Tiffany heart bracelet. Unfortunately I had to decline your offers. I believe my pricing is very competitive and therefore I will not go much lower. Many others are priced higher, are engraved and or do not include the Tiffany packaging. If this is a gift that is important. Thank you for looking.
