@kbo1960 Hi Keith, not sure if you brought the gucci watch from Will @whendershot22 closet but just to let you know you should look close at the spelling of unique on the back of watch it is not spelled right. That should give you a clue of authenticy. I was looking at it as well and decided not to. You can ask for refund. If you did purchase. Just a FYI.

@kbo1960 all you need to do is where you purchase the watch at you click on it and it should have where you can report a problem with product and you can take pictures of it but you have 3 days to report a problem after receiving it.
