eyespygoods Hi, just reaching out to follow up your low rating of your purchase. I’m sorry you were unhappy with it. That said, the brand and exact model of the hat was described in the listing; it is an adult sized adjustable snapback hat. this typically fits most. I’d kindly ask that you reconsider your rating for it being “too small” as it was not described inaccurately and is not smaller than other adjustable adult hats. Thank you.

boopboutique I wrapped and shipped your item a couple/few days ago and I don’t see it tracking yet. The postal device has been terrible for quite a while now. Sometimes I have found that it doesn’t track at all and will just show up to you. I’ll keep my eye out to see what’s up and touch base with you again, ok?
