fashionista103 Hi I dropped your boots off at the PO earlier this week, I went to the post office to see why it hasn't been scanned they informed me that they shipped out but the new person didn't scan them upon leaving the facility. I have made a formal complaint with USPS. They said the next location should be scanning it so give it a day or so. I apologize for the post office era! staceyfair Not sure if you can see the same screen as I can as a seller. I was able to look up your item and it says that it is processed through the USPS facility today. I am not too certain what exactly that means. I am hopeful that that means it arrived at your postal facility. I have never had something take this long to arrive unless it was overseas. It may be because it is in an odd shaped package but when I went to the post office my postal carrier assured me it would not be an issue.
