However up until I retrieved it to ship to you I had it stored and my in-laws garage and neither one of them smokes so it did not occur to me to smell it prior to packaging and shipping it. charla33 Hi there Kelcey! I’m sorry to hear you said a hanger showed up broken. Upon shipping them, I personally packed them & I wouldn’t ship anything ever broken! I take my business very seriously & was wondering if there was damage to the box or if you could be specific? The description on my listing was fair & my price was also very fair. I just needed to say my peace. There for sure was absolutely nothing wrong with the hangers upon leaving my office! ✌️💖 Charla
