thecrossingfox Hi @msmcloyd I'm sorry to see that you weren't happy with your Madewell top. I'm not sure what other marks you are referring to besides the ones in the pictures. And I also have no idea about the musty smell --- could it be the protective plastic packaging? (I have been trying it out as a new way to protect clothing when shipping but I did notice it had a plastic odor). I am truly asking for feedback

msmcloyd @thecrossingfox hi there. Yes, the shirt was musty. It smelled a bit like mildew? I accepted the shirt because I do like it, but with the additional stains and the smell I will have to have it dry cleaned prior to wearing it.

Regardless I'm honestly so sorry you're unhappy with the shirt, and would be happy to give you a great deal on anything else in my closet if you'd ever like to try it again :)

msmcloyd @clisti823 I didn’t hear back from you so I sent the tops today. As I packaged them I noticed they could definitely use a dry cleaning. I’d be happy to take them back if you’re not happy with them and/or reduce the price to reflect the cost of dry cleaning. Thanks!
