kelle_b If it is, it's a good one. Looks like it was made around July 2018. I can tell that it was created for an outlet store, which is fine, but a couple of things give me pause, one of them being that I don't see the YKK stamp on the metal zipper pull and it's supposed to be there. The other is the beginning of the serial number where it says No with the o underlined. The underscore is located parallel to the bottom of the N instead of up higher and closer to the o.

kelle_b @goldengirl34 We have to be so careful here, don't we? It took me about three days doing my best to authenticate to my own satisfaction from pics, but I found one I like. I could still be wrong, but I tried!
