jenandchase @kellecoy Hello - so sorry but your question got buried in with several other messages! Just seeing this now. It is at 16" at the waist laying flat and stretches to 18." They fit more like a 6, imo, or I have really gotten flat n the derriere. Lol! Feel free to add them to a bundle with other items for the best discount on all. Have a great holiday weekend!
