threads4living Hi Kellee, I was flagging scam accounts and saw your comment on the Air Jordans you purchased. That is a scam account. They alter the address to a nearby location with same zipcode and ship an empty envelope. It show delivered and if you don't report it to Poshmark support in the 72 hours of delivery, the scammers get paid through the auto system on Poshmark. I am praying this is the third day and you can file a claim asap!

threads4living Go to your purchase. Scroll down to the very bottom and click on Problems/Inquiries. There is a link to claim that package was not delivered. Make sure that you also message Poshmark support in the claim and let them know that this is a scam account and they altered the address to ship to wrong address. Demand that they check this scam account out for fraudulent behavior.

mz2juicybumper @threads4living thank you for reaching out. I sent my claim the day of delivery yet was told to wait until 12/7 “as my package may still be en route”. I know that is not the case and I am demanding investigation and refund

threads4living @mz2juicybumper If the package shows as delivered, you should be able to report it as not delivered to correct address. Did the person that received it do a return to sender?
