mrkellzg Yes my payment isnt going thru. I contacted my bank & they stated that poshmark isnt applying an amount when its being processed. Help please

mrkellzg @caitlinlee198 yes. I had to create a whole other account. Ive been making purchases with the other account up until it started doing that. & the money for one of the items has been taken from my account but hasnt been applied so it can be shipped.

caitlinlee198 @mrkellzg You made a typo in your credit card information somewhere. We recommend that you check your details and attempt the transaction again. The billing address entered doesn’t match what is on file with your card issuer. Your card is expired. You’ve exceeded the spending limit on your card. You haven’t activated your card. Your card issuer has noticed suspicious activity on your account and has declined the transaction to protect you.

caitlinlee198 @mrkellzg Sometimes this is due to a high level of recent activity on your card. The card issuer is having technical problems that prevent authorization of a transaction. We recommend waiting 10-15 minutes before trying again.

caitlinlee198 @mrkellzg maybe you aren’t able to have your card linked up to both accounts and that’s what’s preventing you from being able to make purchases on this new account

caitlinlee198 Yes I just looked this up your card can only be linked to one account. If you delete your old account you should be able to purchase things again!

caitlinlee198 @mrkellzg I would wait until all transactions go through completely on the old account and just know that you aren’t able to buy things temporarily and once you receive your items and transactions go through fully delete that account and keep your new one and then you will be able to make transactions on this new account
