shalofowler @fiaandbelle - hi kelley. saw that you made an offer on my colorful skirt. i was prepared to counter BUT did a once over as i typically do before accepting an offer / shipping and noticed the a bit of stitching coming loose at the waist (please see pic #4) SO would accept your offer. however wanted to be fair and point out what i found. let me know if you want to proceed.
