kdtoon @stacey9394 @sanness Thank you very much!! I'm new to this so I also wanted to ask you two a couple of questions as I've heard some horror stories about sellers sending items and then not receiving the money. Any tips or things I should know to avoid getting scammed? Also, as a seller, say someone buys your item, then what? Can you give me a play by play of what exactly you do? Thank you sooo much! I want to add more to my closet but want to make sure I understand the process first.

thegoodiebox @kdtoon Hi Kelley, it's pretty simple really. Once the purchase is made you'll get an email notification from Posh with the prepaid mailing label. Print out your label, box up the item, and attach the label and mail. Once she receives the package, she has to accept it in the system. Once accepted the item the payment is available to you. If she doesn't accept within 3 days (I think) the payment is yours anyway. Posh has all the guidelines and steps documented and you should read everything.

kdtoon Hi @sanness @stacey9394 , I've just "sold" my first item last night and have the package ready to ship out but would like your opinion. The buyer has no listings, no followers, and is not following anyone. Is this a red flag? Or maybe someone that just signed up to Posh in order to buy my item? I just don't want to lose my dress and not be able to collect the money if they make a frivolous claim. 🤔😳 Any thoughts?

stacey9394 I would just take photos of the package with the label attached make sure you can read the label. Posh has always been very fair with me when I have had an issue they buyer needs solid proof that they did not receive the item and they have the payment from the buyer already or they would not have let the sale go through. Make sure you have enough photos of the item so they can not claim something is wrong with it. Hope this helps
