yoshiya11 Hello, this comment is in regards to a recent sale transaction we made (Ralph Lauren turtleneck). Because of a language barrier and overall incomplete at my local post office, the packaging was done unprofessionally (I wanted to ship it in a box but they, literally, forced me to use a bag) and the labeling was done improperly.
