lorac2015 @yelleyanne what inner latch plate? Eek, how can it close without the plate? Can you shiw me a pic in your closet just mark it for me. I wasnt aware of anything misding on that bag, I'm very upset...please show me a pic! This black one is pristine in and out. All hardware intact. You think I would hsve noticed a plate missing, does it still hold closed? Please show me.....I'm devastated

lorac2015 I cannot believe I missed that, after opening and cleaning it out etc. Maybe fell out in shipping. I am so sorry, I eould never sell a bag without disclosing everything. Also I eould have called coach to get it fixed b4 I sold it!!! So sorry for the inconvenience.

I own a salon in Plattsburgh ny and one of my regular clients gave me a site to a coach outlet to look at bags that were cheaper because of flaws they had. I just think it's ridiculous to comment such things without knowing the facts and then people block themselves.
