I just wanted to reach out to you because I received your feedback for the Mother of the Bride bracelet.I was surprised on the rating because it clearly states in the item description NO BOX is included..our Dillard’s was selling all their Alex and Ani inventory and destroyed all boxes because they didn’t have room to store them.The item is new-Alex and Ani describes the finish of their bracelets as distressed to give an antique appearance.As my only source of income now I strive for 5+ ratings
