mizzow Hello Kelli, I am new to poshmark and just purchased a purse from you. Poshmark gave me some kind of 99c shipping and I am not sure if that is expedited? kelli202 @mizzow hello! Thank you for your purchase! I believe all Poshmark sales are shipped with the prepaid 2 day shipping label. When I’ve purchased from other sellers I’ve also never seen an upgrade for the shipping- they’ve always all been the 2 day. I will get this in the mail today though so I would think you’d have it for Christmas! Thanks again!

kelli202 @keeks36 sorry! I looked the other day and didn’t see a spot to try and contact someone. Do you know how to? I’ve updated the address and everything days ago now. They should have sent the label by now. I received an email about the address before I got it changed and it won’t allow me to reply to it. 🤦🏻‍♀️

kelli202 @keeks36 I also just tried sending a message to support. I’ve never had this happen either!! And i don’t believe there was any sort of transaction since it wasn’t accepted and the return was filed. I haven’t seen anything on my account anyway.

kelli202 @keeks36 I just saw a spot on my account that says “need a new shipping label”. If I go into my account, and click on the sale, it was listed under there. Will it let you do that on your end?!

kelli202 @keeks36 I just tried and it automatically populates the information with me as the return address and you as the receiver. So it’s only allowing me to reprint the original label and I can’t edit it to have me as the recipient. 😝
