@tinktribe I have a question. I'm trying to redeem from my items I have sold.. I clicked my balance. then redeemable amount..then clicked direct deposit.. but it goes to a screen that says enter verification code that was sent to my phone number which is correct but I never received a code.. I've tried many times.. any idea of what could be wrong.. so I don't have to click and wait for a check..???

@mcwilliammerch question.. how do I bundle a sold item from ur show with another item someone wants in my closet? it's same buyer but says the one is unavailable and won't let me bundle...what am I doing wrong?? 😆

@kk5882 they have to create a new listing for the item you purchased, so that you can bundle it. They can cancel the original order.
