kk5882 @tinktribe I have a question. I'm trying to redeem from my items I have sold.. I clicked my balance. then redeemable amount..then clicked direct deposit.. but it goes to a screen that says enter verification code that was sent to my phone number which is correct but I never received a code.. I've tried many times.. any idea of what could be wrong.. so I don't have to click and wait for a check..???
