Hi Kelli, I was going to ship your shoes today and noticed two things. 1) They have been in storage a long time and are a little bit "sticky." I tried wiping them down but the stickiness still remains. 2) The second things is a polish was added to the bottom shoe in this picture and it is not as shiny as the original finish.
