kelli_m_77 @clarkara I never received the funds from the order that was cancelled, Poshmark holds funds for all sales and doesn’t credit the seller until the buyer confirms receipt. If it isn’t visible when you look at “my balance” in your account settings, you may need to contact Poshmark support. I’m sorry I can’t help you with that.

kelli_m_77 @clarkara I just checked my own account for reference. You should be able to see your credit for the cancelled order under “my balance” and then “redeemable balance activity.” I had an order for something that was cancelled recently and that’s where my credit shows up, expect it would be the same for you. I haven’t yet redeemed any credits (I usually buy other things on Poshmark), but you should be able to do that yourself.

kelli_m_77 @clarkara okay, seems weird that it isn’t in your balance activity yet. The order I placed this weekend was cancelled yesterday evening and the credit shows in my balance activity already. You might want to reach out to Poshmark about it.

jacksonville123 Kelli im usually cool and you gave me a good offer I have to pay posh 20% it leaves me with 160 I paid 825$ with tax those were worn maybe 7 times on holidays those 20 matter i asked for a really low price no one would ever sell them for that is there anyway you can make it?
