kels_collection @carolinefrom508 Hi Caroline. I’ve been here a few days and participated in a few shows and purchased items in shows and by just browsing. So far so good. 👍🏻 I just received my first item and want to let the seller know. Where is that typically done? Also curious about the love notes I see on profiles, how do you send one?

carolinefrom508 @kashuter Hello! So happy to hear you are having fun 🤩 In the app, do you see the bottom right corner where you can click your profile? Click that and then scroll until you see “My Purchases”. You can click into your recent purchase, leave a review and a love note right there! Let me know if you find it. You should also receive emails from Poshmark when your item gets dropped off at your house that prompts you with a link to access this same review/love note section.

kels_collection @carolinefrom508 Thanks for the help. I left a comment but also noticed the “message seller” option. Im guessing that is just 1:1 questions. Still didn’t see a Love Note option.

carolinefrom508 @kashuter there we go! Success! When you accept the order, there will be space to click the number of stars and leave a review. That review shows up as a “love note”.

kels_collection @carolinefrom508 Hi Caroline. I have another question. I’ve recognized many spam comments trying to get me to send pics by email or click a link to get a shipping label. Someone sent me this comment on an item I had just listed. I also got a verification code by email, but PM hasn’t asked me for a code… “Hey Kelli, I want to buy this item, but I can't because it says the seller needs to verify their account and/or product using this link: https://poshmarkinfo.help/listing/EucVintageJudit.”

carolinefrom508 @kels_collection okay good catch to realize it’s spam! Yes Poshmark does not have any verification process. Good rule is just to keep communications in the app. There might be a little flag icon on the corner of that spam comment and you can report it. Otherwise, just ignore the spam! Hope that helps 🥰

kels_collection Yeh unfortunately I talked myself into believing it was legit since I got a verification code that really looked like it was from PM. Thankfully the bank caught the $700+ charge they tried to do. And yes I have now flagged it.
