kbgoettsch @roxnoid something’s up with your shipment they won’t leave it because it says I owe $$ on postage on the note they left in my mailbox. I rechecked tracking and it says it’s being shipped back to sender 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m so confused

kbgoettsch Keep an eye out for your package, I sent an email to customer support and reported it, there has to be a usps problem or your label didn’t cover the weight of your package? Post office left a note saying it required payment of $23.00 for postage. And then when I checked status is said it came required attention and if not payed for would be sent back... I’m sure they will be contacting u for further directions hopefully u can just resend with correct postage ??

kbgoettsch @roxnoid yes I still want it! I spoke to usps today they said when u use an express shipping bag they don’t use the label, so basically they charged u for an express shipment and disregarded your prepaid label!! 😢 it’s on it way back to you now, please resend but just use a box or blank bag u can’t use anything by the usps unless you want to use that service make sure it’s unmarked when using a prepaid label! Sorry this happed to you!
