mskelz01 @iveyscloset thanks! No worries - I’ve been tracking the package & can see that the delay is not on your end at all. They don’t call the USPS ‘snail mail’ for nothing 😂. Hopefully it will arrive by tomorrow.

mskelz01 @iveyscloset I left a note today for my postal carrier asking for assistance in locating the package; he wrote back stating that he was on vacation yesterday & recommended that I follow up with the PO directly of which I will do tomorrow. I am still waiting to obtain more information from PM.

mskelz01 @iveyscloset hello, PM responded “We’ve looked into this further and it is likely that a USPS system error is the issue. Your order should turn up and be delivered to you in a few days.” I find this a little odd but will remain hopeful that it will arrive soon. I also called my PO today & they are looking into this matter.

mskelz01 @iveyscloset hello, although PM has ‘resolved/closed’ this matter and of course this was not the outcome either one of us intended. I want to let you know that I did file a complaint with my local PO to investigate the lost package issue further for my own piece of mind & resolution. I’m sorry this happened & wish I had the opportunity to wear this beautiful dress. I look forward to shopping your closet in the future 😊
