beware of this buyer. I sold her a perfectly good pair of shoes and she sent me a two-star rating claiming the shoe was missing an insole. The pictures in the listing showed both shoes with both insoles. She's claiming that I took one of the insoles out of the boot for whatever reason and sent it to her like that. Ludacris!
