haganmadeline21 I just saw your rating and am so sorry about your purchase! When I shipped it, I checked to make sure it was in nearly new quality with absolutely no stains. I’m not sure what happened, but am confident it occurred in the shipping stage. I hope you’re able to dry clean it so you’re able to wear it in the wedding still!

kellyroache @haganmadeline21 hi, thanks for reaching out. I can send photos if you want but it appears when you packed it, the black tape you used to close the box adhered to the item inside, leaving a large spot of sticky black residue on the back of the wrap. Suggesting I spend more via dry cleaning, when I could have just purchased the item new at that price point, is not a viable solution. I’d be happy to adjust my rating if you want to pro-rate the cost of the damaged item, however.
