pastpluspresent Hi Kelly! I’m so sorry I didn’t catch a mark on the bag, the clutch is made out of saffiano leather, which you can wipe with any type of cleaning wipe, it was sitting on a bookshelf for numerous months, never used. Please let me know if you can get the mark off. If not I’d love to send you something so discounted that it’s practically free. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience.

karichmond @viasyd thanks for reaching out. I tried using water but it didn’t get it, I’m going to try a make up remover on the spots. I appreciate your care and concern for your products. The bag is still adorable and I’m sure I’ll be able to clean it.

pastpluspresent @karichmond Kelly please keep me updated. I have loads of Henri Bendel I’m looking to list and sell and would love to send you something, I’m kicking myself for not seeing the spot, i usually use Clorox wipes to clean all my Henri Bendel bags, again, I can’t apologize more how inconvenient this is. I’m so sorry it wasn’t like Christmas morning receiving such a beautiful clutch! :(
