Oh man Kelly I am so sorry I wish you would have said something earlier you could’ve put in a complaint to send the shoes back sometimes customers in the store switch the shoes in the boxes and when I got them the day I ship them out for you they are supposed to check the sizing and the other employees didn’t probably do it we have some new people working in the store I am so so sorry
