couturelinkarts Here's a 1.5mm necklace (silver plated if you prefer metal) that might fit through the crystal, you could ask a jeweler to remove the lobster clasp (from any 1-1.5mm chain) so could slide the crystal on it, then put the clasp back on: https://poshmark.com/listing/18-inch-Silver-Heart-Pendant-Necklace-5d1b8682138e183bd4f4cd5e

litasmommy2019 Hey there! I appreciate your purchase of the Tiffany & Co. Sterling silver mini heart tag earrings. I have scheduled USPS to pick them up today (Thursday) around lunchtime. I am reaching out to you b/c these were a gift to me, I just know my husband paid quite a bit for them, I can’t wear silver is why I listed them.
