kellyg0613 @senorachic OH YES!!! IT WAS AWFUL!!! When you put the date up I went back and looked she was awful!!!! I NEVER give reports like that but she saw all the spots on the shoes and they were white Tory Burch Flats and she took a picture up close of where the elastic comes together and she stretched it out and reported it was cracked!!! I will have to add another post to finish up

kellyg0613 @senorachic this is the rest of the story... There were NO cracks in those shoes. There were some wrinkles that are on all shoes but the white showed up more but it was on the bottom and you could not tell that at all when they were on and she also took an extremely close up picture and stated it was cracked when they weren’t and they canceled the order and she sent them back all jacked up. It was awful!!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND SELL HER EVEN A PIECE OF WHITE PAPER!!!

She asked what’s the best I could do? Again I had to tell her the shipping is all I could do. I have a beautiful pristine condition Prada bag. I’m going to take your paper advice.
