Unfortunately, even though the tracking info says the boots have been delivered, I have not actually received them and it's unclear where the package was left as we don't have a mail room (which is the listed delivery location). I've started a formal inquiry with the post office and hope to get an update tomorrow. I'm sorry for holding up the payment!

@nubie66 I still haven't gotten the package. I finally got a call from my local post office following up on my complaint to their customer service center and they are trying to find out where it was actually delivered. I will keep you updated if I hear any more

Finally got another call from the post office today, it seems the package has been sent back to you and should be delivered today. It's still unclear where it was delivered and now why it was returned to sender. I've order from Poshmark before and since and not had any problems, so I don't know what happened
