jazzyval29 Hi doll! I just noticed a case was opened for my items. May I know the reason please? Everything was packaged so as to not be damaged and the Lipstick was unopened. Thanks!

kellymrod @jazzyval29 Sure! When i opened the Anastasia box, I noticed there was wear along the gold banner to the point that the infinity signs were scratched or worn off. None of that was shown i the listing. For me, that is enough to send it. But, i also noticed that the pattern within the gold banner did not line up making me question authenticity. I hope I am wrong about the last case. Where and when did you purchase this item? It has at least been out of box if the design is worn off.

jazzyval29 @kellymrod Yes, it was out of the box only for pictures. Someone actually asked me to open it and swatched it but I refused because I wanted it to be brand new. I avoid taking swatches of new products when I can. And this was purchased this summer at a Sephora here in Southern California. I do not unfortunately have the receipt. But it was purchased in Pasadena sephora to be more specific.

kellymrod @jazzyval29 That is so thoughtful! There is no harm done though, so don't trouble yourself. If Poshmark deems the item returnable, I just want to say that I did not unscrew the lid at all. I saw the wear and left it shut just in case. This way, you can resell it knowing it is still untouched. I guess we will have to wait and see what Poshmark says. Thank you for being so understanding.
