Hi! I'm Kelly. I have a closet full of great clothes, bags, and jewelry to post so be sure to like this post and follow along. We are a smoke free, clean (most days 🤣) home, but we are kitty friendly and my daughter just got her service dog, so although I take great care of my items, I can’t guarantee a random Johnny, June, or Crush hair. jennyscloset47 After considering it, I’d like to refund your money —without shipping the item back. It seems a shame to have you go through all that work to add insult —to injury. I wouldn’t resell anyway —given the condition you received it in, I would never sell it to anyone else anyway. Is there someone you know who might be able to use it? Consider it a gift. I hope this softens the blow. I would never send it out knowingly if it had shrunk.

I realized I accepted it so poshmark won’t allow a refund BUT, it’s all good. I tried it on my daughter and it fits her so I was going to tell you I now planned to keep it. pearlfren Sad to say that my experience with klayton4 posher was truly unimpressive. Despite several polite inquiries about shipment, all went unaddressed & ignored even though I could see she’d been active. I would never treat a client this way. I considered that it was the holidays or that maybe there was an unforeseen emergency, still no reply. Was willing to wait but Poshmark eventually cancelled the order. Too bad we cannot give an “experience” rating. Sadly mine would be a 0!
