kthorn7 Hi, I received the wrong handbag. I would like a refund and to send it back. the picture shows gunmetal which was what i thought i was purchasing. the one i rec'd was black with gold specks. thank you

travelinggirl68 @kthorn7 this is the correct handbag...take it into any RM store and they will confirm. It photographs different colors in different light. That is why I included all the photos in my listing and why PM unfortunately denied your return. If you don’t like it, you can resell it and it’s fine if you use my photos and description.
