Hi! Let me know if you have issues getting your suit. The tracking number seems to be stuck and I just make sure it didn’t get lost. I’m in no hurry I just want to make sure it gets there. :)

@monwo hello! I still haven’t received the suit. I was on vacation last week and I knew it would probably arrive while I was away, but I came home on Saturday and it still has not arrived. Do you have any updates on the tracking number?

@monwo this is my first purchase from Poshmark. I usually use eBay and Amazon. I’m not sure where to locate the tracking number.

@kbschlueter USPS had it stuck in transit when I tracked it from Poshmark. I contacted them and they said this: “Thank you for your email and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of USPS as the delivery status was not updated...”

@kbschlueter “...We have marked the package as delivered and sent the buyer a reminder to accept the purchase within 72 hours.” I’m not sure if they just marked it as delivered because they could or if the USPS informed them that they did, in fact deliver it. If it’s lost (I really hope it isn’t) we’re both protected I think so it’s good you marked it as missing. We’ll see how to proceed if it doesn’t show :/. I’ll try to find the receipt with the tracking number on it.

@kbschlueter Hi! No they’re in the same box, a small one. I’ve only had one package go missing before for a buyer and it showed up a few days later. It’s been a while though. I have a feeling we might not see it anymore. I’ll contact Poshmark again and see what they can do as far as paying us both back.

@monwo I have not received or accepted the package. This is very frustrating. I paid for the items separately as well as shipping for each item. I don’t understand how the tracking could possibly say I accepted a package that hasn’t been delivered. I am an experienced seller on eBay and the tracking is always on point.

@kbschlueter I don’t get the tracking either or how Poshmark gets its info, I’d contacted them when I saw the package was stalled somewhere. I’m also frustrated, as PM support is only via email and they take a while to help. As far as payment, it released your funds but I’m definitely not taking them because this has to be resolved and should be compensating both of us. I’ll get a hold of you as soon as they do me! I packed and shipped as I’ve done many a time before.

@kbschlueter ok, I wrote Poshmark again complete with screen shots from my app. I told them funds were released without your permission. Hopefully we can resolve this soon and we both get paid for our troubles. This sucks.

@kbschlueter PS support wrote back and apparently I can’t do anything on my end, which is ridiculous. Their response: “Thanks for your response. If the buyer is experiencing any issues, please have them reach out to us directly so we can better assist them.” It’s not the best answer, I’m hopeful they will help and reimburse us for losses. I’m sending out my last two orders then selling elsewhere, done with Poshmark. Sorry your first experience was such a bad one. :(

Hello, I still haven’t been refunded for this purchase. Were you paid by Poshmark? Can you please describe the packaging? I am going to the post office to file a claim and need to know if these items were shipped in an envelope or box, etc. thank you.

@kbschlueter hi! I’m sorry I didn’t get an email about your comment until now, I don’t get on the app unless I’m notified via gmail. I have not been paid. The USPS package was one of those small priority mail boxes, their smallest size. PM advises us to use those. Keep me updated, I’ll check in on the app a few times a day until it’s resolved. Let me know what usps has to say.
