I just took them out of the drawer that they were in and I noticed there is a small little hole at the top of the waistband that can be easily fixed… I honestly did not see this before!! I don’t think it will ruin them in the least, but I can send a picture, and if you don’t want them just let me know! So sorry I will happy happy to send a photo
