Hi @kellypainter_ so sorry for the delay with your KQ item. I shipped it out on 11/10 bur with the holiday on the 11th should have started tracking on the 12th. I shipped it at the same time as another item that began tracking immediately. This happened to me once before and it started tracking the morning it went out for delivery. I’m hoping this is the same kind of situation. I’m very sorry and hope it shows up soon!
