duchesspeach @sagethrifter and @jenscloset01 ladies can I ask you a question about the do's and don'ts? When shipping it says to personalize....(love that) but I thought you weren't able to decorate packages on the outside? Do you have any examples of what you sent? I don't want to have something get sent back. Please let me know whenever you have a chance. Thanks so much!

jenscloset01 @duchesspeach personalizing mostly means what goes inside the box, i.e. Wrapped in tissue paper with Ribbon, and a ty note. It's really open to how creative you want to get. I don't so anything to the outside of the box, mostly because I reuse packaging and I also don't want to do something that could be a no no for the post office. Hope that helps!

chicseams Hi Kelly! You're welcome to be creative inside the package! You can get Priority boxes delivered for free from the post office or get a roll of priority mail stickers so put on the outside. Also keep in mind weather proofing. I once sent a dress in tissue paper with a note inside a tyvek envelope and it got wet in transit. The buyer was going to try to get in dry cleaned to fix it but I have sent my items in poly mailers ever since. let me know if you have any other questions!

barneysbargains @duchesspeach I’ve received purchases that came in varying conditions for sure! Some times, things look like they’ve been wadded up & thrown in the 📦, some have been wrapped in newspapers (totally ruined some of the items, and some have been so pretty that I almost hated to open them!

barneysbargains @duchesspeach (contd) I always have a dilemma when packing things as I’ve had 8 surgeries between both of my hands & currently have arthritis in both of my wrists. Makes for a difficult time! I have assorted colors of tissue paper, & if possible I’ll wrap each item in a different color if it’s a bundle. I don’t do bows as they are painful to do.
