eriknkimmy @kooolasskelly cannot verify. Does that mean they believe it not to be authentic or they could not verify?? I am shocked. Do you know what that means. ?? Did they say anything more? I am so sorry. This is crazy. I know it's authentic. I will take to have professional give me a more concrete answer. Thank you

We regret to inform you that this item has failed to pass our verification process because: - we are unable to confirm the item's authenticity... then it just talked about the refund process and that was it
