melisabela2 Hi, I am the one you bought the coach purse from! There was absolutely not a thing wrong with that purse when I mailed it out! I have only used it once for about two weeks and was stored in my closet in a bag the rest of the time!! I would like to see pictures of what was broken and stained? I'm very upset over this bc I sent it out in perfect shape! So if in shipping it was ruined I would like to take tinny post master general about this! .
