kp0205 @joanne1026 replacing the button is $30. I was just there and showed them. My Sa said not to even replace it yet as it wasn’t bad enough and she advised to wait. To remove the initials she didn’t say there was a charge or not

joanne1026 @kp0205 the NYC LV actually told me the initials can’t be removed they will just wear down. Regarding button if it’s just one side of snap (like the outside) it’s $60, but if it’s both sides $120 🤷🏻‍♀️
