leafpeople give me a minute to measure. It is shown buttoned on a dress form with a 24.5" waist.

leafpeople @kellycgedwards The waist is 16.5" measured across when laying flat, but allow a little room for the sherpa lining.

leafpeople @kellycgedwards Please look at the photo where it is buttoned on the dress form. The dress form waist is 24.5" and I can pinch in 2" on each side with my fingers when it is on the form, so it won't fit a 33" waist.
