Hi, I am not sure how to message you directly but I have been moving house and am not able to find the item you purchased. Is there any way I can send you another mascara plus several other name brand make up/beauty product goodies to make up for this mistake on my part. Or I am willing to give you any of the items I have listed on my account for the price you have paid. If not, i understand if you would like to cancel and I whole heartedly apologize for the egregious error.
