That's not what I meant Kelly. What I mean is that I want you to get free shipping, but once you pay, I can't refund it... You have to cancel the whole sale... I literally have to re-list it, and resell it to you through the offer screen again.....who look... Lol... Now you know what I mean... Lol.. Easier to compensate you in your package... Unfortunately Poshmark has policies & guidelines in place that we have to follow to remain active on here. If they give me the ok to do the refund I will definitely let you know because I don’t want anyone to feel bad over a purchase they made from me. I take pride in my closet & the customers I deal with, I want them to love their purchase & be happy.
