truluv10 @sarahrae208 hi i just received the boots, I may have accidentally accepted, the app is not letting me report a problem. I have contacted support. They seem to have stains on the inside. Looks like glue, the tongue fabric looks flawed. Are these new? Thanks!

sarahrae208 @truluv10 Hi, I’m honestly not sure what your referencing. The boots are new and unworn. While I understand your frustration as a buyer, the proper channels were not taken to open a case with documentation of the issue before they were accepted. Once they are accepted seller protection kicks in so you should contact Poshmark support for further assistance. You can feel free to use my photos to resell if you choose that route. Thank you.

truluv10 @sarahrae208 Hi, unfortunately there are dark glue looking stains on the tongue of one boot and a huge chunk of glue on the inside of other, if i rip it off, it will tear the fabric. These were a gift to my sister in law and I cant gift them now. The tongue of has jagged fabric, looks like a flaw/sewing issue. I just wish this would have been photographed, I would just keep them if they were for me. Maybe you saw it, maybe you didn’t... Its there, no denying it, lesson learned. Thanks Sarah.
