noselfcontrol18 Hi! I just received your Dolce Vita booties and am really disappointed because the back tab seams are completely falling apart. The seams are completely loose. They appeared to be flawless at first which is why I gave you a 5 Star rating but I only just now realized they are damaged. It’s easy to miss and I’m sure you didn’t notice it either. I’m happy to send you pictures if you’re willing to share emails. Would you be willing to help me out and correct this issue/facilitate a return?

kdpaige82 @noselfcontrol18 Hi, so sorry I’m just seeing your messages! I’m truly sorry that you’re not happy with your purchase, and a little shocked to be honest. I post multiple photos of my items to show the best representation of the quality as I think the photos will speak for themselves. However, I’m a new seller so I will take your feedback and make sure I list more details online in the future.

kdpaige82 @noselfcontrol18 I have no intentions of misrepresenting my items at all. I want my customers to be happy and love these items the same way I have. My sales are final, but in this case I am willing to pay for the shoes to be repaired if that would satisfy you.

noselfcontrol18 @kdpaige82 the shoes are ripping apart at the seams and they are actually completely loose at the back with the strings hanging out. I am happy to send you photos of you would like to share emails. I really prefer to send these back as they were completely misrepresented and I’m not sure I have the time to have these repaired

noselfcontrol18 The thing is that the back tab seam is completely loose and is actually sticking out. I could try to sew it myself but there is no place for the loose seam to go back into. :( so I doubt a shoe repair could fix this in a proper way

noselfcontrol18 @kdpaige82 since you refuse to resolve this I have also reported this to poshmark. I am very disappointed in what you’ve done and how you’ve handled and treated me as a buyer. Falsely accusing me of a scam when clearly you sent me a damaged item. I wish you well but this type of treatment will not fly on Pm for long... best.

kdpaige82 @noselfcontrol18 I have not refused to solve this NOR did I falsely advertise my items. The boots I mailed you were not in the condition that you have been posting. Yet I still offered to repair them for you. I stand behind the photos I posted as I am a woman of my word and would never misrepresent myself, especially over a $40 sale. This is my final reply. I have submitted your concerns to Poshmark and will let them handle it from here. Take care.
