Hey! You recently bought my Michael Kors backpack and I just saw your review of it. I am so sorry that it smelled like smoke. I’m a bit confused as to how that happened, since no one in my household smokes. I’m so sorry for that inconvenience, and hope you are still able to enjoy the backpack!

Hey there just want to apologize for the what happened with the order. With delivery I’m not sure what happened on that part because I received a notification that it was delivered but just found out from you that it was 3 days later than the actual deliver date. No idea what happened there but I did ship the item on time :/ The tank top smelt fine when I shipped it off. I always make sure my items are on top shape before sending out. Super sorry this happened to you! Hope you understand.
