kellybernard @sitpretty my second sale on here I mailed the wrong item and the customer opened a case on the sale and I agreed I sent the wrong item the case was approved and the item is suppose to be getting mailed back to me. I had another customer purchased the item that I mailed out to the first customer.

kellybernard The case was open Saturday and I got an email on the first of July that it was approved and I should be receiving the item back and I just got an email today saying they still haven’t tracked the item so not sure when I will be getting it. I don’t know what to tell the second customer. Did this make sense to you?

sitpretty @kellybernard Oh no! These things happen! Just try to be more carefully. Since you don’t have the item you should probably cancel the order and ask them if they would like to re-purchase when you get it back! I hope that helps! Have a good night! 😴
