I understand I have 3 days to accept purchases so I have an opportunity to do just that. Because I got so many messages from you, I went ahead and accepted without verification. Should I purchase more expensive items from you again - please expect to wait the 3 days so I have an opportunity to confirm what was sent to me was as described.

kellyk513 @dalia1403 I do!! However I just got back from the jewelers and they said most of the stones were white sapphires, not diamonds. I reported and asked posh if I could have more time to asses the value. I’m sure it was not intentional on your part!! I just want to make sure I didn’t over pay.

cactusandjewels @kellyk513 Again, just return it. I know they are diamonds. Please provide the jewelers appraisal saying that they are white sapphires. If you don’t, that’s fine too. Return the ring please. I’m beyond disappointed right now. I only sell items that I know I can back up with quality. I don’t want my ring in limbo over this. Thanks!

cactusandjewels @kellyk513 I answered all of your questions, accepted your reasonable offer and shipped the item on the same day you purchased it. Gave you the best customer service I could provide. My advice to you since you claim you are “new” to Posh is to follow the same Posh etiquette that the other honest buyers and sellers have. Most of us don’t have time for games. Thanks!

I “completed” the purchase less than 24 hours after I received it, was told my a jeweler that what you said were diamonds were actually mostly white sapphires...and you seem angry with me?? The instructions I read said I had 3 days to verify my purchase was “as described”. Your product was not. Happy poshing and thanks for being so understanding of my being new to this process.

ciaj1964 Thanks for your offer! I do appreciate it. I just could not go that low as they are brand new and half 1/2 carat of genuine high quality diamonds. Look at the affinity diamond earrings on QVC and you will see what they go for. Thanks!

ciaj1964 @kellyk513 I understand, no judgement 🙂 We are selling a new item that has never been worn and is no longer available from the manufacturer as it is a retired design so the rarity and the quality are factored into our price as well. We know we can get the asking price as it is fair so we just wait for the right buyer. No problem! On some of our other items we have more wiggle room. Thanks again!
