jparis27 You should have received a label . If you could put the item in the mail and send it out I’d appreciate it. This needs to happen on both ends so the tracking can begin and poshmark can see that you both mailed it back .

jparis27 @bellasmommy143 ok I think the problem is that I take pictures of the boxes and labels as I mail out and the one with your name and address was in a large priority mail box and the other buyers name/label was on a black and white checkered mailer. I’ve submitted photos to them and I think they questioning the validity as the other buyer stated in writing that she has the bra but you submitted pictures of it so we are confused .

theirishgem you would want to put both items in your basket and make an offer so as you only would have to pay for one shipping label Poshmark looks at it as two separate transactions that would have to ship separately double the shipping cost basically if not combined
