Hi Kelly I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that I did ship your package the day after you purchased the sweater. I just got notification today from posh that the tracking was not updating. I will be checking with the post office tomorrow and will be in touch to let you know what the situation is. Hi Kelly, I’m having a issue with my local post office. Your package was dropped off Tuesday and they can’t seem to tell me what’s going on with it and why the tracking is not updating. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience. I will be opening a case, maybe that will motivate some more action. I want to apologize again I feel horrible that you’ve waited all week. I will definitely contact you if I receive the package back if you receive it can you please let me know I’d really appreciate it.
